Lucy Morton

So Paris, 1924, the Olympics.

Lucy Morton, an ambitious blackpool swimmer, waits to find out if she's won against her American rival.

If she has, she'll be the first British woman to win gold in an individual event.

If she has, it'll upset the apple cart.

But let's come to the meat of the conversation, because we certainly talked about that a lot, and the whether or how secure our borders are.

Lucy Morton is a professional officer at ISU, the Union for Borders, Immigration and Customs, former Chief Immigration Officer of the UK Border Force, so well positioned to discuss this.

Thank you very much for joining us.

Same question I put to the Minister.

Grateful as ever for your time, Lucy.

Thank you for joining us to discuss these matters.
