know absolutely but in my mind it was going to be like a room you know with a case in the middle and some pictures around the outside that said Jimmy Buffett lived here yeah we started to work Lucy Buffett lives over just across the bay from here and she's just a I can't say enough amazing things about Lucy Buffett, but she jumped on board and brought Lori here.

And when the two of them sat in our boardroom and looked across the river, they got teary eyed and said, that's where mom and daddy used to work.

And so it just grew and it grew into 6,000 square feet.

okay uh we'll wrap it up on this one and i've heard great things about uh the jimmy buffett exhibit at the uh maritime museum of the gulf i it is on my list of things to do i can't wait to see it a lot of people have said how much they liked it personally to me but then your story that has i would say if you you want an endorsement uh lucy buffett likes it as well that may be more important than my my buddies to tell me it's cool

Yeah, she was there for the grand opening this weekend.

She said that they did a great job, that they told a creative story about a consummate storyteller, I think was the line that she said.

There may be other ones called Lulu's.

And Lulu's is owned by Lucy Buffett, who's Jimmy Buffett's sister.

And when she was little, Jimmy couldn't say Lucy, so he called her Lulu.

So that's where the name of the restaurant came from.
