and then in terms of how you decide who's a princess, is there like an application process that these students go through?

There is.

And so we partner also, it was with Talent Ready Utah, which was housed in the governor's office and is now under the Utah system of higher education.

Because the state, when they saw this apprenticeship program, wanted it, and we wanted it, to be a model and not just a stabler program.

So it's a model that we can use in a lot of different industries.

In manufacturing, we have other partners that participate as well.

So it's not just us, it's other companies that have joined this.
