The next one I wanna talk about is Scott Lucas and, and again, someone who w- was eligible when this list was, was put together.

But actually, I think, I think Dustin sort of maintained his level for, for a long period of time.

Yeah, it's one of the only times anyone can remember him using his right.

Look, it's, it's a tricky time for the players.

We, we'd had an offer with Jake for, for over a year, a long period of time, and, um, o- obviously at the end of the year when he was looking to, um, open the conversations through Scott Lucas, um, around that, we were then at a bit of a sticking point because obviously in 12 months a lot of things transpire and there's a lot of other contracts you're doing, and then we had the pause just waiting to understand what, uh, the decision from Toby would be.

But then also, uh, that little bit of, uh, the scenario with, um, obviously the ruck situation and what could be possible there and some things around that.

So once we knew more about Toby and a little bit more about the ruck space, while we're still looking at opportunities to bolster that area, it became clear we were able to do something with Jake.
