and we have a business development grant that's available and I applied for that and part of that was writing a business plan and oh my goodness I hadn't done one of those before to be fair I did this in I think I was in my first year going to my second year of business and actually writing that business plan and writing a three-year plan and saying what I wanted to do that was really important because actually I've done what I said I was going to do um i love i i've read the secret by ronda byrne and um i love the law of attraction and positivity and and everything around that and it's kind of you know mindset and um you know if you're if you're having one of those days when you can't get anything done and you're not focusing on it don't keep trying stop go for a walk Totally agree.
