Lovelight

Today's guest has made everything from Christmas trees to meteorology to grim reapers feel endlessly romantic.

She is the author behind the Lovelight series, First Time Caller, and her newest release, Grim Tidings.

BK Borison, welcome to Off the Shelf.

Thank you so much for having me.

[laughs]

... 'cause I wanna start at the beginning a little bit.

You self-published Lovelight Farms-

Mm-hmm

[smacks lips] I read two romances.

I finished the Lovelight series, so I finished, um, the last book, which was Business Casual by B.K. Borison.

It's an opposites attract mixed in with friends with benefits trope.

She owns a tattoo parlor.

Okay, cool.

So I loved Lovelight Farms.

Mm-hmm.

I enjoyed First Time Caller, though I didn't love it as much as everyone else did.

Did not like In The Weeds.

Did not like this Christmas one as well.

In The Weeds, what's that? Is that completely separate or is that the same series as Lovelight?

Yeah.
