Loveland

It's this kind of suspicious obfuscation that we are dealing with tonight as we look into one of the most bizarre cryptozoological flaps in American history.

In 1955, Loveland, Ohio was much like any other American small town of the post-war era.

What set it apart, however, was a rash of bizarre sightings of small humanoids.

Squat little beings, three to four feet tall, sometimes described as having gray lumpy skin and wide mouths.

And yet, the details were scant and not widely reported outside the area.

It was only through the investigative efforts of two ufologists who were in the area looking into the much more famous and widely reported Kelly Hopkinsville Goblin encounter, which occurred less than 300 miles to the southeast and during roughly the same time period.

Having heard of a vague account from Loveland and thinking there may be a flap of small humanoids developing, the researchers decided to compile all the relevant cases they could get their hands on.

What started as simply checking out a single sighting quickly evolved into multiple encounters with the creatures, a seeming hesitation by police to put forward information, and the possible involvement of shadowy government agencies.

So we went, pitched it to a couple record labels, uh, the same time.

We, we pitched it to Alligator Records and a small, uh, soul record label called Colemine Records, uh, out of Loveland, Ohio.

Oh yeah, I know that label.

I wanted to list it at 725.

It's in Loveland.

I listed at 735 and we got eight offers in the first day and a half and we are almost 50,000 over asking price.

Then I've got my one in Kennedy Heights, which I know is priced right and I can't sell it.

Now what I'm hearing in the chatter is there's a lot more contingent offers, which means that the buyers need to sell.

So this one came in, very first showing, full price offer.

So I was like, "Okay, it's contingent, but their house that they're selling is in Loveland and it's worth 100,000 more than this house." Actually, it's 150,000 more.

So we accepted their offer, and they apparently don't have their house priced appropriately.
