And we don't often think about all of the ways in which enforcement can take place.

And so, again, those are decisions that are made by people over In City Hall, over in Metro Hall, those are positions that get voted on and that are elected.

And so if we want to see people, you know, to see us do differently, to invest differently in all parts of the continuums from prevention to intervention to enforcement.

and certainly reentry, we've really got to think about who we are choosing to lead us.
