And keeping ourselves busy? Yeah.
25:52
Yeah, and I think it can be really important that whilst we might be busy, we might be going to sports clubs and managing things at school and in our own homes, that we're really aware that children are watching.
26:05
And are they seeing us engaging in enough things that are good for us? Like, are they seeing us engaging in rest? Are they seeing us engaging in cooking and healthy eating? And what are they observing when they're seeing us busy? And are we making enough time to just be in the moment with them? That's really important that whilst we are busy, they're still feeling that they're important enough that we can make time for them.
27:31
love it tedology becky keeps children they're talking feelings and so talk about this tedology i love love love tedology
27:40
so tedology is obviously a play on teddydy and psychology yeah and it was this way of even within a busy life is how do we How do we create opportunities that children can engage in playful moments where a teddy bear that they press the tummy of talks them through games that help them learn about feelings and learn how to manage them? And it can be something you can do with parents, something you can do with grandparents.
28:06
It's a beautiful sensory teddy bear that they just can engage with on a day-to-day basis, as easy as brushing your teeth.

There's nothing wrong with feelings.
23:49
Yeah.
23:49
And it really ...
23:51
I, I designed that in a way because, one, it would help with that kind of emotional literacy, but it's the difference of showing somebody a card when they're feeling a certain way as a way of teaching them just doesn't, doesn't sit with me in terms of compassion.
24:06
Like, if somebody shown me a card, [laughs] imagine our husbands, like, you're feeling frustrated and they got out a card to show you, like, [laughs] that wouldn't be what I would want.
24:15
So it was taking, taking- Doing that.
24:18
Not using these cards as a, "Is this the feeling you're having?"
