Louise Fein

I'm Carol Cram, host of the Art and Fiction podcast.

Today, my guest is Louise Fein, author of Book of Forbidden Words.

Welcome to the Art and Fiction podcast, Louise.

Thank you for having me, Carol.

Can I be nosy and ask the other authors? You can.

It's Louise Fine, who writes fabulous historical fiction.

Zoe Somerville, who also writes sort of historical fiction, but quite modern times.

And Polly Crosby, who writes the most amazing all sorts of books.

And then it all fizzled out, which is not a great plot for a novel, really.

So I was kind of struggling with that.

And so I actually gave the 70,000 words I had to Louise Fine.

And I was really looking for her.
