That is a lie.

That's his last name, Miller.

Daniel Miller from Loudonville is accused of knowingly engaging in sexual conduct with an animal or knowingly possessing, selling, or purchasing an animal with the intent that the animal be subjected to sexual conduct.

He was doing, or he's like forcing them to have sex so they could breed them.

He's having sex?
