A highly entertaining miss, you'll meet her tonight in the role of Pamela.

Isabel Jewell, featured in such hit films as Lost Horizon and Marked Woman, is heard as Annabella.

And Gene Lockhart, top-flight character actor, back from the New York stage, is Mr.

Memory.

I mean, they had some they were specifically called out in the script.

like Monet, Quentin Quire, Wing, and then Mark and Jill, which were kind of reimaginings, but based off of the X-Men graphic novel with Chris Claremont and Brent Anderson.

So this is the X-Men God Loves, Man Kills story, which is, if you haven't read it before, it's worth the read.

But there are two very, very minor characters in that book that are mutants that were pulled in.

Go look this guy up.

He was created in 1939, the same year as Superman.

Everett designed Amazing Man based on the novel Lost Horizon, which featured the remote paradise of Shangri-La in the Himalayas.

So similar to Iron Fist, Amazing Man was trained by monks and faced trials to acquire superpowers in a lost city in Tibet.

That's number 14.

unbelievable movie i think lost horizon has one i've been wanting to watch for a long time and i haven't gotten around to it

yeah lost horizon is great it's just unfortunately it's missing footage in the film it's the only real it's a great adventure film though really really good

Miss Henley, after ten years as head of women's wardrobe at Columbia Studios, knows clothes from A for apron to Z for zipper.

She had charge of this department for a recent hit like Lost Horizon and When You're in Love.

and is now concerned with the next pictures to be made by Irene Dunn and Grace Moore.

It was one of my most interesting assignments.

During the last eight years, the Jell-O program has satirized many great motion pictures.

And one of the most successful of these parodies was Lost Horizon, in which Jack played Ronald Coleman's part, that of a man who had found Shangri-La.

Remember the scene where Jack met the Grand Llama? Come, my boy.

It's growing late.

What do you mean?

Well, once I was telling her about Lost Horizon.

I gave him the most beautiful description of Shangri-La, and when I finished, she said, what do people eat there?

Oh, darling.

Next week, Burgess, we'll present Ronald Coleman, in one of his greatest screen triumphs.

He'll star in a story that thrilled the world first as a book, then as a motion picture, James Hilton's Lost Horizon.

And besides having Ronald Coleman as the star, we'll present Donald Crisp and Lynn Carver in one of the most unusual plays that we've ever produced.
