So I think this is much less about, let me get into Formula One to turn this around one season in and sell it, and much more about...

I am in serious financial dire straits here and I am being investigated by the federal government and I need cash for my defense.

So I am selling the LA Lakers and the LA Sparks and Cadillac F1 and Chelsea to try and desperately maintain the team that makes me the most amount of money.

And that would be the Los Angeles Dodgers.

When the league was built, it was built with two teams in mind that would be its stars, right? They would be the big heavy hitters.

It would be the New York Liberty and the Los Angeles Sparks.

And over the years, the Sparks have been able to get three franchise championships.

I think Lisa Leslie's team did it back to back.

And now that they know you're desperate, why would I give you $700 million?

And then on top of that, to be honest with you, I just think that's not a fair valuation for that team.

I know you're trying to sell the LA for it, but I wonder what the record is in terms of what the real true valuation is for the Los Angeles Sparks.

And yes, that brand new practice facility is enticing.

Yeah, no doubt about that.

And it looks like the Los Angeles Sparks is not part of this group of the 12.5.

It looks like he's trying to sell that team separately.

Is that correct?

What is going to happen now? is that mark walter will continue to have to divest himself of his empire for reasons having nothing to do with wanting to do so or maximizing the value or changing the investment plan or nature of what his situation and company was it is purely from outside forces mostly governmental There will be a change of control in Cadillac F1, much as there will be a change of control with the Los Angeles Sparks, all of which is going to happen in a way to try to avoid a change of control of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Will that be avoided? I think we're going to have to wait to see some more circles.
