A report has gone to Cabinet to have a look at maybe our regeneration team just reassessing and scene setting and benchmarking effectively to see what the best use of that land is.

One of the biggest examples of private sector investment that's ongoing at the moment, anyone walks down Lord Street and passes the Sir Henry Seagrave pub, which is a JD Weatherspoons, they'll notice a lot of scaffolding and a lot of building work.

JD Weatherspoons have invested £5.5 million into that building.

They've recently bought the freehold of the upper floors and have transformed it into one of their hotel offers.
