Especially when I'm making partnering, I think of it sort of like, you know those old Claritin commercials, where it's sort of gray and fuzzy, and then they peel back the layer- [laughs] ... and they go, "It's Claritin clear."

I feel like that's sort of what's happening in my mind- Mm-hmm ... where I'll, I'll say something like, "Oh, I feel like you grab her like this, and then it, it's gonna circle up, and the legs maybe go over the shoulder, and maybe it sort of ends like this." And so I have this fuzzy picture, and then all of us together are kind of peeling back that layer- Mm-hmm ...

He got Benadryl 50 milligrams every six hours.

We gave him a Triamcinolone 0.1% cream to be used on the most severe areas of rash.

But due to the groin involvement, we also gave him a lower intensity hydrocortisone 1% to use.

And this is one example of where even an over-the-counter medication that you don't need a prescription for can lead to significant ED.

So any of the antihistamines from Benadryl to Dramamine to Phenergan to Cetirizine or Loratadine in some men cause a significant degree of erectile dysfunction.

The next drug class to look out for is acid reflux medication, specifically the H2 blockers.

These are also antihistamines, and so they can, in some men, have the same exact erectile dysfunction effect.

So we like, um, up-titrated non-sedating antihistamines, so Claritin.
