What's the clarification? Plunder had to do with some people asked when it says one unit within a terrain area that's not within your territory.

Yeah.

Some people are reading it as the unit has to not be in your territory when they actually mean the terrain area.

The more unusual the object the better, since it will fit fewer people.

Plunder is the commonest and therefore the least promising to trace from.
