We are so pumped to be back, and we are going to be back over the next few weeks and months for you guys.

We talk about where we've been over the summer, uh, golfing trips, holidays, little stories that have come in amongst it for you guys to enjoy, and we also talk about Ben's Long Mynd Hike race this past weekend.

Um, we watched Ben race 50 miles over the Shropshire Hills, um, in what was his biggest fell running race of the year.

He talks about that and lots more in today's podcast.

So we wasted half an hour speaking about Ben's fell running, fell running season, in the lead up to the biggest race of Ben's year, which was the Long Mynd Hike.
