Being so close to London, you're in the middle of London and Stansted and Luton and all these really busy areas.

So experience wise, it's really good.

And actually thinking about weather and all those problems, I thought this is a really good experience for me.

There's a lot of people that didn't even do that, so credit given where credit's due.

Again, as mentioned on earlier episodes, it's really worth getting a rail card if you are going to be traveling a lot when you're in London, because to get to the airports like Stansted and Luton, et cetera, you get the trains out there and those train fares are quite expensive, often more expensive than your airfares.

So if you have the rail card, And I think if you're under 30, it does give you a significant discount on travel to the airport.

So that is something I would really recommend.

And I remember the first time I went back to the UK after, I think it was nine months of being here.

I went back to the UK, flew into Luton Airport, which is just in the north of London.

And there was a huge line at the information stand.

and all i had one question because they changed the whole airport structure and set up i had one question where's the taxi rank i had to get a taxi i'm looking at this long line i was like well bugger that i'm not standing in the whole line i've got one question so i just went to the very front i said really sorry one question can you just point me in the direction of the taxi rank and she looked up and she went excuse me there's a whole line there can you join the back I was like, oh, Jesus Christ, just lift your hand and point.

We have about 320 flights a week to the four or five London airports, mainly, um, uh, Heathrow, uh, g- uh, Aer Lingus, and British Airways.

Ryanair to Stansted and Gatwick, and Luton and Southend are also in that mix.

We have about 90, over 90 flights to Amsterdam, and we've about 80 to Paris, about 30 to Rome, and about 26 to Berlin during the week.

So they're the ones where you not only are, you've got your good, uh, bed options, but you've also got that range of flights, that volume of flights, and the options of the cheaper flights because lower-cost flights, they te- Friday tends to be a little bit peaky, Thursday a little bit peaky.

So I sort of a few times was kind of flying back and forth.

I remember the only place you could fly from, because I lived in London at the time, flying from Luton Airport on an ATR into Waterford.

And kind of, and I remember the a- the day of my Flybe one, I flew in in the morning, had my interview, and I had to sit around for the flight home in the late evening.

So I just spent an entire day in Waterford Airport.
