Lolland

So we are southwest of Copenhagen, the capital, about two hours drive.

We are in the district that's called Lolland and actually the ferry connection to Lolland to Putgarden, to Germany, actually, towards Hamburg.

It's very close here, so people have an idea where we actually are located.

Yeah, it's approximately like three, three and a half hour to Hamburg, I would say.

And so Michael was running Dansk Green Center, who is now called Norlund Vingård in Avedør.

And so we decided we need a place of our own, and we need to find the best spot in Denmark, possibly, for making wine.

So we went around Sjælland, Sjællandsåde, and as I come from Lolland, and I was working as a green guide in Copenhagen back then, and I was writing an article about the day of the apple on Færø in the autumn.

So we went to Færø to just take a look, and I had to work a little.
