Loka

So there's the mead, there's wine, there's all these different like liquors.

And of course, in the Tantra, Loka Tantra Sara, there Abhinavagupta is actually quite particular about what liquors are to be offered to what deities.

And there you get a long discussion about how liquors are prepared.

So the wine is considered raksha in this case.

[coughs] And in Vedic society, that's a really bad accusation.

To be called a Charvaka is to be called a Nastika, meaning someone who is not part of the Vedic understanding of the universe, who doesn't perform the prescribed duties as per the Smriti, as per the law books that were founded in Vedic civilization based on the Yajna, the Yajna system.

So Charvaka or Loka- uh, Lokayat- Lokayaka, Lokayataka.

What is it? What is it? Lo- Lokayata, I think.

That ocean of milk you call in science Milky Way.

It's all said in the form of mythology, but it is definite truth of the Lokas.

So the sugarcane juice ocean, called Ikshu Rasa Sagara.

Allow your imaginations to fly into that meditation.

Imagination is a blessing given by God.

That imagination leads you towards a higher meditation to understand the Lokas from where the soul has come.

And therefore, you have to know what is the loka, the kingdom of Ganesha, the son of God.

This is the beautiful description in the Vedas and the epics of that sugarcane juice, which is in our body also.

The Buddha looked at the world, the ways of the world.

Loka Dhamma.

There's the Dhamma of the world.

Loka means world in Pali.

Loka Dhamma.

He looked at the world as a young man, as a bodhisatta, not yet a Buddha, striving to be a Buddha, to be an awakened being, a happy being, to know the happiness of heart.

He said, as a bodhisatta, he looked at the world and he said, look at people quarreling.

So, Brahma, Karanam, Maham, Kriyat.

tatasya taya bhaktya kashchit sarvalok maheshwaram am prapannuti satulya eshwara pradahum sthasme sasye lakshnam muktim dadam iti bhavan So Vishnachakurthi Thakur makes divisions because he is saying sarvalok maheshwaram so means if one is worshipping Krishna as the Maheshwara, the Lord and Master of all the Lokas then he will attain salsiti mukti, he will get ashwarya like Krishna If he is worshipping him as one who is the creator and the destroyer, then he will get the Yogasiddhi of Gyananandadi Utpatim Sansarapyamche.

He will have utpatti, or appearance of knowledge and ananda, and destruction of the samsara.

And kashinmam brahmeti, somebody who is worshipping him as Brahman, so he will get nirvana mukti.

described in the Vedic Puranic cosmology as Svarga, Brahma Loka or various intermediate Lokas like Pithir Loka etc.

That the Jeeva inhibits, Jeeva means

the Sukshma Sharira, not the physical body.

shame,

loss of fame etc.

In the Punya Lokas, the Svarga Loka and other higher realms, no possibility of an event of this nature happening there.

Because there only good is happening.

And then it will take you to the like Vaikunda Loka.

So it will keep going up and up.

There are seven Lokas above, right? The final destination you have like multiplied from this one unit to, you know, multiple hundred thousand times, that Ananda is smaller to the Ananda that this Jnani has.

That is how Taittiriya Upanishad describes it.

This jnani could be, you know, basically like a nomad.
