[upbeat music] This is Big Adventures with Brian Durer, and I'm sitting with Melissa Sevigny, and, uh, she has fast become my favorite auth- author.

Uh, Brave the Wild River is a book about Elzada Clover and Lois Jotter, the first, uh, botanist to go through the Grand Canyon, and this is our author, and it's a fantastic book.

We'll talk more about that in a little bit, Melissa, but thanks so much for being here.
