And now a lot of European countries are starting to hold onto their military surplus.

Now it's like, "Ooh, we might need it, we might need it." You'll see a lot of surplus Kevlar helmets and body armor and stuff in use with the Ukrainians 'cause, you know, it's better to have something that's old than not have anything at all.
