But if you choose Bidens, which is really brilliant orange and red, just as bright as begonias really, and flowers all the way through the season, that's a great bedding plant.

Lobelia is really good for hoverflies.

Just being aware of what you're grabbing quickly in passing from a garden centre really matters.

I think that when you look at what a lot of orthodox medication does to patients, though, we are unlikely to utterly derail a patient by giving them a slightly bigger dosage of herbs.

The exception to that rule, obviously, is things like your Lobelia and your Chelidonium and your all those punchy schedule 20s, we don't give those in big doses anyway.

But a lot of the more tonic-y ones, you can let your patients work out for themselves what's going to be beneficial.
