Compost will, especially the compost these days that are peat free, they're coir based or bark based and it's not a very good medium for growing grass seed.

So you need that sort of sandy loam.

What's a loam? Loam is a soil-based...

It's a lot denser than compost.

Compost is an open structure, which is why when you, for example, you do a hanging basket or a pot for the summer display, and as soon as it dries out, it's really hard to rehydrate that soil, as where if you've got a soil-based product...

I think it's really more like Hampton Bays.

Darling, we don't go to the bays, at least according to Loam.

But my good friend Bethany Frankel told me once, this train is moving.

So Sandy Loam, but it's a new home, so they put sod down.

And, you know, the sod comes from south.
