Lloyd Kennewell

One trainer who will certainly be keen to get his two horses to Flemington today is Lloyd Kennewell.

He has two colts going to the Poseidon Stakes in Mbube, an organised crime.

He joins us on the line this morning.

Lloyd, good morning to you.

Gee, they both look really exciting, these two colts.

How do you split them?

Yeah, looking forward to seeing both horses at the races there in the Poseidon Stakes.

It's certainly one of the highlights of the undercard there at Flemington.

Again, thought we saw some really nice horses there.

Uh, Lloyd Kennewell's, um, full brother Kings Gambit was great on debut, but, uh, Hard Rider, he was again jumped lead, very hard to run down those leaders there at Caulfield on Saturday.

But that performance on the back of what he did at two and being by All Too Hard, knowing he should improve, I thought, um, he's a really nice horse to, to look at, uh, moving forward.

And, you know, if you think about the All Too Hard, uh, progeny, there's not many of them that you see up that early.
