all that success it must have been easy of course it wasn't easy but things must have gone wrong along the way and you must have had some tough times where you thought I just don't want to do this anymore I think I thought that 20 times a day I just don't want to do this
12:51
I got used to that for sure and I almost skip past the setbacks bit Emma because I think in sport we do this kind of what if preparation so for the big games we will run through everything that could go wrong will there be a security issue Is my equipment going to get stolen? Do the tiny things have I forgotten my shoes? And you what if everything to the point where you almost minimise the setbacks because you've thought of it, you plan for it.
13:16
I have two lots of everything.
13:18
But equally, there are some things that you really can't prepare for.
13:22
So between those two gold medals, this is something I don't tend to speak about because it's out of the kind of performance arena, performance zone.
13:30
But My mum became really unwell.
13:34
So I was having to be an athlete.

23 MINS LATER
