And maybe that plays into the whole resilience thing too.

As if you can have a different perspective, something Lizzie Deignan spoke about when she had kids, she thought she became a better bike rider because even if she was disappointed, she could go home and she realized that there was something bigger.

There was something greater than being the person who stands on the top step of a podium.
