She'd done a bit of planning for you.

My weather routers were absolutely incredible.

Um, one of my mentors/role models/amazing human being, Liz Wardley, who's a professional sailor, um, and ocean rower, and then her business partner, Lincoln, who is also a professional sailor, was, um, routing me for the second half.

And he had done a lot of sailing in, uh, the islands and as well as paddling the Molokai Channel, like, eight times, so he's very familiar with that section of water.

And, you know, I had called him a couple times that week just kind of, like, anxious about the Molokai Channel and being like, "Oh, my God," like, you know, "What's gonna happen?" Like, "I, I know it's gonna be really intense," like, you know.
