Little Wicomico River

That's a pretty big discrepancy of about 28 people.

The FDA and CDC have linked the outbreak to oysters harvested by Little Wicomico Oyster Company from the Little Wicomico River.

The CDC's count includes five hospitalizations, while the Virginia's health department reports a substantial larger number of patients.

Another concern is that Georgia officials say Publix sold the recalled oysters under the name James River Oysters through October 14th.
