So Lisa Wheeler is a trauma therapist, writer, retreat guide, and an experiencer.

She was born in Austin, Texas, where she lived and worked until the fall of 2022, when she moved to Montezuma, Costa Rica following the tragic death of her 17-year-old son, Spencer.
