To be honest, Amon's been, I think I seriously joined the community about just after Amon did.

And I'd go as far to say, I mean, that he's kind of been one of the inspirations for to me because it's it's um like you say it's it's the showing up and especially you know I'm not sure if because I think at the time obviously you know Eamon was out of work or no he wasn't out of work he was you were working somewhere else but he was trying to get back into the industry I'm not sure I'd have had the courage to do something like that and and join the community to you know to hope that it did something um but um yeah i found that really inspiring and like like you say when you look at like where you are now it's just like it's mad it's like you're doing a talk with like Lisa Crispin and I've been sort of like followed Lisa for like most of us like for a number of years and when I saw the thing coming up on the program it was like this is nuts this is just nuts so yeah you should be really really proud of yourself there and And I think on my side of things, I've got no doubt that it's the community that, again, like I say, there was a number of ingredients for me going for the role and the community was one of them.

I don't think if I'd have joined this community and got all the insight from the talks, just the chats, the people and everything like that and the conferences.

Um, I don't think I'd have had a strong feeling that this was the right, um, next step for me, um, and that I could do it.

She's literally written books on agile testing, several of them, and has spent decades showing teams what to do.

Well, thank you, David.

I mean, if you can't really join in to the full extent of the thing and you're just making sure everybody's got what they need and all the things are there.

But yeah, Lisa Crispin and, and Eamon started off the day with the test party.

Um, they brought all the party accoutrements.

I don't know if I would, I would have gone off and bought one.
