They're, they're using very antiquated, what I would call antiquated sort of technologies to do a lot, and so I'm starting really back at basics and having to bring them along to, um, you know, end-to-end case management using technology, um, that's going to be better for the customer, right? 'Cause it is.

It's, it's far better.

It's far more, um, compliant.

Um, data privacy is a big issue.

Information security, and of course leading to data privacy, um, big issue.

I'm really influencing in, them in that area, um, because they have a, a code that they must, uh, regulations they must abide by.
