So are these just questions that you think that applicants should be asking either leading up to the interview process or during the interviews? Or is there some hidden website where we can find out more information?

So that's another really good question.

I will say that while I think most steps towards this point in training definitely take the applicant into account, things are match-based, but it pays attention to the applicant.

I think this process is one where some unification of how we approach the process would be ideal.

It was something that I had discussed with colleagues prior to the COVID pandemic.

And it just, we haven't gotten back to it, I guess is what I would say.

But some universal approach on a lot of different aspects of the training would be beneficial just because it is a little wild, wild west out there.
