um you know because some people listening may not be familiar with that community or that town but tell me a little bit about tyler

yeah it's as far as i know i think the largest city in the east texas area it's the county seat so the smith county courthouse which there's a new courthouse being built in the downtown um is here in tyler we uh are about a little over a hundred thousand people um for our population but then I think as far as I know, the population almost doubles every day from people from other cities like Lindale, Mineola, Palestine, all these little cities around East Texas coming in to Tyler for work.

So it's a city that is small, but it's big enough that we have quite a bit of people.

We have a lot of traffic.

I think when he pulled it, everyone went, okay.

Honestly, kind of like the fourth and two when you stopped Lindale.

It's like you just go, we got Vince.

We're going to go score and win this game.

There are a couple of games down the road, especially it's a tough district.

They got Pine Tree, they got Lindale, and they got Chapel Hill in district.

Probably got to figure something out defensively before you get there.

I, this weekend's Bullard in the district opener, I want to see them get right.

The board members of G3, who are also elders at Praise Mill Baptist Church, from which the organization G3 came out of, they emailed, well, emailed, they snail mailed it.

They sent it through the mail, through the postal service, they mailed these packets that showed Tom Buck, the pastor that I worked with in Lindale, Texas, that showed him plagiarizing entire swaths of sermons.

At least that was the claim.

But when I did a video showing that what they were accusing Tom of was not accurate, yes, there were some things that he needed to do a better job of citing, and he recognized that and he's made those corrections.

They've apologized and they have resigned as elders of Praise Mill, but there has not been repentance and restoration.

And I think that disciplinary process is ongoing, by the way.

I think the elders at First Baptist Church of Lindale are still attempting to work through repentance and reconciliation with the men who did this, who tried to do this with Tom.

But even before this scandal had happened, a year ago, it was the scandal with Josh Bice, who was the president and founder of G3, which, by the way, stands for Gospel, Grace and Glory.

She might be from Longview, but she's got a little place where she s- has all, sells all her shit.

Lindale, yeah, is where Miranda Lambert's from.

See how we don't have-

On August the 17th, a scandal broke involving G3 Ministries and its founding church, Praise Mill Baptist Church of Douglasville, Georgia.

In March of 26, members of G3 leadership, including, it was later revealed, the four elders of Praise Mill Baptist Church, Scott Annual, Matt Sykes, John Norton, and Dylan Joyner, anonymously and underhandedly sent largely baseless and exaggerated accusations of sermon plagiarism to the leadership of Pastor Tom Buck's church, First Baptist Church of Lindale, Texas.

Tom's church fully investigated the accusations, and they and Tom resolved the situation in a biblical way.

But that wasn't good enough for these anonymous, at the time, accusers.

In June of 2026, when the situation wasn't handled to their liking, they sent the accusations, again, anonymously, to former G3 conference speakers and other individuals and ministries outside of First Baptist Church Lindale, urging them to look into the matter and make it public, all with the goal of ruining Tom's ministry.

After these actions were exposed, all four elders were required by the deacons of Praise Mill Baptist Church to resign.

The elders wrote a letter of repentance from G3 to Tom and his church and publicized it on social media.

Tom Buck needs to be dealt with, but we don't want to put our names to it because we're afraid of Tom Buck's backlash and all that kind of nonsense, and mailed these things out anonymously.

And they actually traveled to Lindale, Texas, where Tom's church is, First Baptist Church of Lindale, to mail these to disguise the origins of the postal travel, right? Yes, that's right.

In other words, they travel from Georgia to Texas

to do this.

And the end result was when The pastors, the deacons there who were left at the church, at Praise Mill, when they examined the situation, they determined that they were going to ask for, at least from my understanding, they asked for those men's resignations, and they gave those to them.

So there had to be some level of culpability or some level of guilt that they recognized was real and valid and necessary that necessitated their resignations.

And something else while I'm thinking about it, to echo what Virgil was saying, that first round of packets that went to the church, First Baptist Lindale, well, in the apology letter that finally came from G3, the elders of Praise Mill Baptist Church, the apology letter said that we, the way it was worded, I don't have it in front of me, but the way it was worded, The letter still lends itself to their belief that they still think Tom was guilty of it.

They're not saying that they were wrong in what they accused him of.

Another big play for Reggie Bush as he gets the Trojans out from deep in their own end of the field.

And now here comes a key moment in the ballgame as Lindale White is out there at the running back spot.

Let's find out early on just how tender he might be because he has had a shoulder that has bothered him.
