You know, again, I'm old enough, I took Myers-Briggs.

[chuckles] And, you know, when I first took, um, Myers-Briggs, I was sort of off in a, you know, le- I was off to the left in a, in a quadrant, and two days ago when I took the DiSC survey, or four days ago now, I've completely centered up, almost completely across all the personality traits.

And what's interesting to me, that to me, it, it does reflect, uh, just, you know, the life process, maturing, learning as a leader.

Th- And that's not to say that there aren't times that you can be off to the extremes of any, any of the, any of the quadrants.
