So thinking about the caregivers, maybe that are there going through this now, what kind of advice now that you're on the other side of that, what kind of advice would you give them?

The first time I gave a talk to a group and there was quite a few in the group.

And at the end I asked for questions and this one lady raised her hand and she said, you're such a positive person.

I just want my husband to die.

And I listened to her and I'm like, what that tells me is that you're not doing enough for yourself.

It's a difficult journey to make sure that they're safe.

You are on guard all the time that they're at least awake.

What do you hope, if there was a central theme that your readers walk away with? I mean, I know there's many and obviously the books, there's a lot of takeaways, but if there was like a central theme or thing or feeling that your readers walk away with, what would it be?
