Can you explain? I mean, is that leading to more leases? I, I don't really know anything about it, so thank you very much for your work.
59:29
Yeah, so seismic testing is a step that oil and gas companies take to either kind of figure out what is under the ground under their current leases or kind of as prospecting, right? Where they might go next.
59:41
Um, so it's kind of twofold, right? So you can have companies, I know Linda mentioned the Alaska Development Corporation.
59:49
It's called AIDA, um, the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority.
59:54
Um, AIDA has set aside a hundred fifty million dollars plus to kind of do seismic on their leases.
60:01
They are currently the kind of major lease holder in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, and it is kind of the first step towards development, right? It's you're locating those pockets of oil and gas, figuring out kind of where to hone in and where you wanna drill, either on your existing leases or to, again, kind of discover new places and figure out where you want to bid next.
60:21
And it is, I think, the most important thing to know about seismic.

Um, you're talking about what the cost is to not develop.
20:09
But then as we're coming out of it, how does this become a like, hey, do we do this as a brick and mortar thing?
20:14
Yeah.
20:15
So I think my, you know, my parents have been running the restaurant for so long.
20:20
And I think during COVID, when they were just doing delivery and carry out, we were running like a skeleton crew.
20:28
It was crazy.
20:28
Essentially, just us, my parents and my brother.
20:31
Those were the only people working.

One piece of advice you would give someone that wants to own a bar.
