Yeah.

And then when you came back, that's when I pretty much had a panic attack because I just didn't know how to handle it or want to maybe confront the feelings of seeing you again, I guess.

But, I mean, I watched a movie, which is so random, but A Quiet Place, and the dad in that, like, for some reason it just like clicked in me to like want to talk to you again.

Mm-hmm.

But, and this might not be easy, but just kinda put yourself in their shoes.

Like, if, if the shoes are them trying to better themselves, just put yourselves in those, put yourselves in their shoes and just realize it's not easy.
