Uh, we were ending the partnership that we had with Prime Video and BeIN SPORTS, and after everything that went with MediaPro and Canal+ and so on, uh, it was, like, one of the key moment, uh, for LFP Media.

Um, the tender wasn't, uh, successful, so we entered like a phases where we were just, like, negotiating with different, um, potential buyers.

And, uh, back at the time, we were already anticipating this scenario about, uh, going D2C.

Um, I would say we're not trying to anticipate too much on that, uh, for a very simple reason.

Like, I don't think there is one person at LFP or, like, uh, anywhere in France that can tell you what will happen next season, the season after, and so on.

Uh, what I can tell you for a fact is that, um, with our new CEO, Olivier, that arrived like two months ago, he sees Ligue 1+ as like the real strategy of LFP Media.

Um, like we've worked so hard on building everything from scratch that it's now also, uh, the moment where you can gather the benefits, when you can make more revenues, more money out of it, uh, and so on.
