What do you think we'll be talking about or hope we'll be talking about at the 20th anniversary?

Oh my gosh, I hope that my organization Lift Our Voices is out of business because we have been able to pass laws to get rid of forced arbitration and non-disclosure agreements for everyone and that justice is back in the hands of every American worker and that American companies have realized that the train has left the station and they just need to be more transparent.

And instead of putting so much money into covering stuff up, what about if we invested that money in actually being more transparent and getting rid of the bad apples instead of the people who have the courage to come forward? Sounds pretty easy.

That's not really what's happening right now.

So I continue to know that I'm going to make progress.

And I hope Lift Our Voices is a great memory, but that justice is restored for everyone.

And I saw that play out time and time again.

Julie Roginski, who pursued a sexual harassment claim against the former Fox News CEO Roger Nails and co-launched the non-profit Lift Our Voices, said that many do not understand the long-term ramifications for survivors, even those who have been lauded for their bravery.

Yeah, it's rough.

You know, these are real people.

And I saw that play out time and time again.

Yeah, it's rough.

You know, these are real people.

Because it's just like you said, who can disagree with this? This is something that even the worst of enemies should be able to shake hands around.

And I also credit people that I've met, like Gretchen Carlson, who led The Speak Out Act with Julie Roginsky, both Roger Ailes victims, and they founded Lift Our Voices as survivors of that mess and eradicated NDAs in the workplace when you're sexually harassed at work.

And so the Me Too movement had done this for adults.

And so I'm calling this Kids Too.

Coming up after the break, our guest, Julie Roginsky.

Julie is a nationally known political consultant and co-founder of Lift Our Voices, who has spent her career championing women's rights.

After filing a sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit against Fox News and Roger Ailes, she became a leading voice against workplace silencing tactics, helping push the Bipartisan Speak Out Act, which she will talk about, and advocating for state-level worker protections.

She also co-founded the Mayday Network, writes the Salty Politics newsletter on Substack and has guest hosted on Fox and CNBC.

And if we had a neutral party looking at this, a special counsel, it would be bad news for Todd Blanch and Donald Trump.

Julie Roginski, who filed sexual harassment lawsuit against Roger Ailes, the former Fox News CEO and co-founded the Survivors Advocacy nonprofit Lift Our Voices, said an act of clemency would be a monumental slap in the face for survivors.

But she didn't rule it out.

She already got a sweetheart deal by being moved not just into club fed, but by given privileges that nobody else in her position would be given, Roginski said, referring to Maxwell's controversial transfer to a low-security prison.
