... that they were making coffee drinks with at the Nutcracker Market.

There's a couple of different ways to do it.

Uh, it's really riffable, and it only, if you're doing the base version, only has two ingredients, which are chilled espresso and Licor 43, which is a vanilla and citrus and coriander liqueur.

They're wonderful.

We're doing something a little different.

So essentially, we're taking three ounces of cooled espresso, two and a half ounces of Licor 43, a half ounce of Amaro Montenegro, a pinch of salt.

We're throwing all of that together with two dashes of chocolate bitters.

And we're doing a new technique.

My wife and I love to enjoy the Caraigo, which is Licor 43 with a shot of espresso.

But this one is one ounce of Licor 43, one ounce of Campari, and, uh, uh, your shot of espresso.

So it's the Camparaigo.

Yeah.

Mm-hmm.

Um, so this one is kind of a play on an espresso martini meets, like, a cari- carajillo, which is, like, espresso with some tequila and some Licor 43.

A play on it.

Didn't have the Licor 43, but this one has either tequila or vodka.

Mm.

You can add whatever spirit of choice you want.
