Libreville

[musique jazz] This song written by the Dr Bird's podcast celebrates the Gabon-Burkina Faso public finance training partnership.

From Ouagadougou to Libreville, a bridge of knowledge strong and real.

IFPB opens up the door.

Public finance and so much more.

Let's start with that part of the itinerary.

We flew to Libreville.

We had a little bit of a rough start.

We had a bird strike in New York, so we had to do an emergency landing.

Yes.

Sorry.

Libreville is the capital.

And that's where most of the international flights are going to be.

We're helping, for example, one of our, uh, really interesting client, actually great guy as well, Ryan, who runs a, kind of a, a franchise of Carrefour in Gabon in East Africa, and they're the first online grocer to, to offer that in East Africa.

And we're helping him expand now from Libreville, which is the main city in Gabon, to multiple other locations.

So it's not only, let's say, the simple side, it's also operational.

It's where to put a warehouse, how to, uh, streamline the operation, how to pick things faster, right? Like when, when you get to a certain level, picking efficiency becomes a really important aspect of margins.
