Liberty Tree

And it's just like this... it's still cool right and it has some cool adornments hanging from it but like it just wasn't what we were anticipating especially from like the renderings and we're like wait is this the tree like it's so runty but but the story behind it you know is still awesome but pretty funny yeah that's a good one okay dan

All right, so I'm not a horticulturist by any means, but the first one that I thought of was the Liberty Tree because like Cody just made a joke of next time he's with his family in Disneyland, he's going to tell his family about it, right? This is one that I have told the story to many times.

No, by the

way, passengers, that's not a joke.

So the Liberty Tree is one that I tell the story of all the time.

So I researched to get some exact information.

More formal meetings were held at night, and in Boston, they met under an elm tree in Hanover Square that was called the Liberty Tree.

In New York, they would signal the location by building a tall pole called the Liberty Pole.

The first major action of the Sons of Liberty was to protest the Stamp Act.
