I went to a party years ago for Liberland.

I think it's some swamp in Croatia that was unclaimed that all these libertarians wanted to move to.

But yeah, it seems like there's been a number of these types of projects where they're sort of trialing new economic systems, new legal systems and like this new form of governance that i mean you mentioned singapore i feel like core to all these places even though they claim to kind of be libertarian they're a lot more authoritarian i would say and they seem to really prioritize the rights of corporations and capital

Like every time you make a few friends and then at least one person is like, "Man, I know we're gonna be buddies for life.

Even though we're separated by thousands of kilometers or miles, we're gonna be buddies for life.

And, uh, last year I happened to go to Prague for their-- for the first time ever and enjoyed it.

And, uh, I also went back to Prague for the Liberland Christmas party.

Um, and I happened to visit Prospera, which is in Honduras, last year when I was on the Tom Woods cruise last year, and we took a, a side trip to, uh, Prospera, uh, on Roatán in Honduras.

And, uh, so when I heard that the Free Cities event was in Honduras and it was at Prospera, I thought I would go.

You've got, um, Hans Hoppe's Property and Freedom Society, which is like European American oriented Austro-libertarians.

Um, and you've got these free cities types who, who have a m- a multitude of projects, uh, behind them.

You've got Liberland, you have Bitcoin, Bitcoin conferences, which are a mixture of libertarians and normal people and anti-state people.

And, uh, and all these groups overlap to one extent or the other, and some of them are more insular, some know each other, but, uh, you keep running into the some of the same characters back and forth.

Do you know, when I went to Serbia a couple of weeks ago, to a Liberlands festival.

And I met someone who's bought properties in three of your places.

The event moved from Acapulco to Puerto Vallarta.

So it's in a much... easier centralized location easier for people to get in and out of and so it's a five-day event and so i'm you know i'm kind of the ring leader and you know each day on the stage trying to get speakers on and off doing that and then Over the years, we've become friends with the guys from Liberland.

Liberland is the free republic of Liberland.

It's a disputed island in the Danube between Croatia and Serbia.

These genius anarchist lunatic guys decided they would start their own country.

So I said, sure.

So this was, uh, this just happened like a month ago in, in Appleton, Serbia.

And we got, had a chance to go out and go out on the Danube on a houseboat, go to Liberland, see the country, hang out with the president, you know, do all that stuff.
