Like, you know, it's like I, I, everything he did this year was kind of gravy, but I mean, that's why as much as I have concerns with their inability to help guys with their command, that's why I was like, okay, Liam Peterson, love that pick because they need pitching in the system right now.

There is not much pitching in the system.

I hope he does.

I would love to see Liam Peterson speaking of front-end pitching.

I watched him at the University of Florida.

I think he is just a matter of maybe a year or two that he could join this rotation.

He's in double A.

Then outfield, outfielder, catcher, outfield, Liam Peterson, who they just drafted this year.

Outfield, outfield, third base.

You got nobody else, unless you go make a move, and that is very clearly what they're gonna have to do.

But Thomas Vlachos has this exceptionally impressive combination of impact stuff coming out of his hand, a proven track record in college against high-quality competition, a proven durability with few injury question marks dating back to his high school years, tremendous command, and a deep arsenal, uh, to the point where there are really few, few holes that I can even think of to pick apart.

If we're just looking at him compared to all of our three top pitchers from a year ago, Jackson Flora, Liam Peterson, Cameron Fluker, I think he's well ahead of that trio.

If we're gonna compare him to Cade Anderson, who is the most recent top-of-the-class left-handed pitcher who's gone in this range, I think there are a number of reasons why you would prefer him at this stage to Cade throughout his college career.

Already at this point, heading into his draft year, Vlachos has more innings.

I mean, we're just such a dominant team.

And then I saw a tweet the other day saying that – they haven't seen a Florida Gator team hit the ball and make hard contact like we have this year since 2023.
