So options were maybe a bit limited and they found themselves 2-0 down against Lossie as well at Budgeon Park.

Keane Matheson and Liam Harvey putting the coasters in a good position but then Ben Barron's hat trick and a strike from James Anderson turned things around for Broda and really like Steve McIntyre was saying afterwards given sort of how limited they were in terms of their options a win by any means was all they were looking for and they got that and really you would probably say that's the sort of and I mean they are the champions and they're looking good to win it again I'm sure that's the sort of the character spirit finding a way to win that champions possess in Brora showed it again on Saturday for Lossie I think for 40 minutes they were really happy 2-0 up they were really happy with how it was going I know they were Martin Charlesworth was disappointed they couldn't get in to half time with a lead of sorts he sort of felt like Broda and their second half performance were very good and he ain't done any clumps with them winning based on how they played second half but they go back to 2-2 sort of in the 5-6 minutes before half time and He was disappointed with that and he was also disappointed with maybe some of the decisions for referee Scott Donohoe.

Well, there was one in particular in the lead up to the second goal.

There'd been a clearance where the ball hit Scott Donohoe and he'd given the drop ball to Brora where Lossie were saying, well, we cleared it and there was no guarantee they were getting it if it hadn't hit you.

They felt it was a penalty referee.

Scott White apparently said there was contact but it wasn't enough to justify a penalty but Greg Moyer understandably had a different view to that he felt it was a penalty but they didn't get it and aside from that I think he was just of the view that like Turriff when they had good spells in that game they didn't really capitalise in terms of scoring and then that probably cost them in the end and for now although Wayne wasn't you know overjoyed by the performance in the last seven league games I think they've only lost once so they're you know in a decent or it's maybe actually an eight in fact rather than seven but it certainly feels like it's almost a turning point in their season in terms of the league form for that heavy defeat against Clough they've certainly picked up and you know they've put a decent wee run together since then and then the other game was Friday night under the lights at Seafield Park Strathspey Thistle 2 Lossiemouth 2 and to use one of my favourite cliches I thought this was a bit of a game of two halves really because Strathspey had the better of it first half in front through Robbie Thompson maybe had moments I could have made more of in terms of looking for a second goal but after the break I thought Lossie were very good and they came right back in and let Dean Stewart equalise Liam Harvey put them ahead and I think the only disappointment for them would be that that was in the 82nd minute but They didn't manage to hold that lead and within a minute, Sean Morrison had restored parity again.

But certainly for Lossie, after losing 6-0 against Banksy the week before, that was a much better display and a good reaction to that.

And so I showed it was just a one-off, a bit of a bad day at the office.
