So, you know, if you look back on it, it was really more out of employer demand.

So when I got to ChoicePoint, for example, we had a whole sort of division that was providing drug testing services in addition to our background screening services.

And You know, the school thought there was employers really wanted the best candidate experience possible from an onboarding perspective.

And so rather than go to one vendor for a background check and one for a drug test, you know, they really, really wanted to have a single source provider for both of those and all of those services as it relates to onboarding a new candidate.
