Yeah, so I'm in Lewisham Shopping Centre.

I always come down here to listen to Reef when I have to tell you that you're probably wondering where all the episodes of Iron Maiden Pub Quiz have gone.

But this episode isn't really about the commissioning, it's about what happens after.

A few weeks ago, Mark started writing on LinkedIn about two major public artworks in Lewisham Town Centre, where we are sat, Phil Coy's Razzle Dazzle Boogie Woogie, and Martin Rickman and Mark Bailey's Energy Centre.

Both were delivered around 12 years ago through serious collaboration between artists, architects, engineers and the council.

But both right now are quietly falling apart in plain sight.
