... "We're trying our best here." Are the Eagles making it harder on their quarterback? Are they making it harder on Jalen Hurts this season with all the changes, Lu?
25:35
Well, sure.
25:36
I mean, look, anytime you lose a guy of Cam Jurgens' quality, that is, you know, it, it's a blow.
25:42
Now, was Cam playing his ideal position? No.
25:46
Why? Because Landon Dickerson's hurt, so he had to move over to left guard.
25:49
Insert Drew Kendalls, who Howie obviously feels as though, you know, given the fact that this is a former fifth round pick, how well he has played.
25:57
And objectively speaking, when you watch Drew Kendalls play, who is their new center, he's playing pretty darn good.

8 MINS LATER

33:37
Lewis, the floor is yours.
28:41
But you think this is a turnaround, uh, moment for Clemson?
28:45
I think it could be.
28:47
I really do because, you know, I, I put it like this, um, they have a freshman quarterback, Tate Reynolds, now, who really is a guy who seems to be, like, lifting the hopes of not just the players on the field with his ability to run the football, play with power, play with force.
29:04
He threw the football better as the game went on and just really settled in.
29:08
But he's kind of lifting the spirits of, you know, the football building, the fan base, I think, overall because he just has that kind of aura about him.
29:17
He's young, he's big, he's strong.
29:20
He kind of, like, really embodies what people are, uh, what, what everybody looks for in that kind of leader.

6 MINS LATER

35:07
If you're a Browns fan, was this a good thing that you beat the Buccaneers?
26:30
But you think this is a turnaround, uh, moment for Clemson?
26:34
I think it could be.
26:35
I really do.
26:36
Because, you know, I, I put it like this, um, they have a freshman quarterback, Tate Reynolds, now who really is a guy who seems to be, like, lifting the hopes of not just the players on the field with his ability to run the football, play with power, play with force.
26:53
He threw the football better as the game went on and just really settled in.
26:57
But he's kinda lifting the spirits of, you know, the football building, the fan base, I think overall because he just has that kind of aura about him.
27:06
He's young, he's big, he's strong.

6 MINS LATER

32:56
If you're a Browns fan, was this a good thing that you beat the Buccaneers?
24:54
[laughs]
24:55
It, it, it's, uh...
24:57
Look, just Aaron, knowing Aaron the way I do, um, which is not as well as, you know, people who are obviously around him every single day, I mean, Dan, he's, he's one of my favorite people, let alone favorite players, because he's generous with his time, he's honest, he's straightforward.
25:16
There's no BS with him.
25:17
There's just no, there's never been any fluff with Aaron.
25:21
It's just been about this journey that he's on just to be great, as great as he possibly can be, and he talks about it in such a pleasant way when you're talking to him, and then when you watch him play, you're like, "Damn, I don't even know that dude.
25:34
That dude's nasty." So for him, like, he doesn't, he doesn't waste people's time.
28:19
Uh, why are the Arizona Cardinals so bad?
19:46
[laughs]
19:46
It, it, it's, uh...
19:49
Look, this Aaron, knowing Aaron the way I do, um, which is not as well as, you know, people who are obviously around him every single day, I mean, Dan, he's, he's one of my favorite people, let alone favorite players, because he's generous with his time, he's honest, he's straightforward.
20:08
There's no BS with him.
20:09
There's just no...
20:10
There's never been any fluff with Aaron.
20:13
It's just been about this journey that he's on just to be great, as great as he possibly can be, and he talks about it in such a pleasant way when you're talking to him, and then when you watch him play, you're like, "Damn, I don't even know that dude.
23:10
Uh, why are the Arizona Cardinals so bad?
30:50
From a pure football standpoint, Louis, how do you think that he projects on the next level, and secondarily, how high would you think he would have gone had he gone in April's traditional draft?
31:02
Yeah, Jim.
31:03
Look, he, he, he's got tremendous physical tools.
31:06
There's no question about that.
31:08
Um, you're talking about height, weight, speed, mobility, functional mobility, arm angles, horsepower in his arm, the ability to throw with touch and velocity, throw outside the pocket.
31:21
He's got all of that.
31:23
We showed some clips of that on, on TV just, you know, a couple days ago at ESPN, and it really does give you some Matthew Stafford/Patrick Mahomes vibes in terms of the way in which he can always get the ball off, even if the, even if he isn't on platform and it isn't ideal.
35:23
Yeah.
33:01
Yeah.
33:02
Is it, like, nine, 10? Something ridiculous.
33:05
Mike has played in a bunch and won a bunch.
33:06
I think they're the best-coached team in the NFL, that combination.
33:09
I think Mike McDonald's one of the most analytical, even-keeled, level-headed guys in the NFL that you're blown away by, and their football team defensively is just ridiculous, but so is New England's.
33:21
Seattle's offense is a little bit more explosive.
33:24
Sam has a penchant for either being really good, or he can have one of those games where you're sitting there going, "Mm." Now, you know, you see why maybe N- you know, Minnesota has some reservations, although I think by and large, Minnesota still wishes that they had Sam Darnold.
34:08
You would have [laughing]...
42:47
Who do you think is the biggest loser so far in free agency, Lewis?
42:51
Well, first, let me just start by saying, look, I don't like using biggest winner and loser this early in the free agency process and in the team building process because there's so much time.
42:59
But I'll tell you what, if there's a team to me that continues to fall behind and continues to like thumb their nose at free agency as if they've got some much better formula for building football teams, although their record says that they don't, is really is Dallas.
43:12
Okay, this is the team that continues to really confuse me as far as how they really look at approaching free agency.
43:18
And look, I'm not one of those people who believes you should be out there in the first 48 hours trying to set the market at every single position when you're talking about, you know, diving into free agency and trying to augment your roster.
43:30
But when you think about the fact that Dallas on the defensive side of the ball in particular, I understand that Osa Digizua signs a new contract as a defensive tackle, a homegrown, you know Guy who was developed in their system, but they've got to continue to add people on that side of the football to, to really kinda improve an area that they have shown recently that they just have not been competent.
43:51
They can't stop the run.
47:56
You cannot make this up.
