I just wanted to jump on and record a quick bonus episode.

I have a few thoughts... wandering around in my brain and I'm in Ikaria Island in Greece which I spoke about on the podcast last week which means I've got a bit more time on my hands so I'm excited to have that time and to use that time for creative projects and in particular for this podcast and for bonus episodes I want to release a lot of bonus episodes while I'm here on this island and I've had a very slow day today.
